The completed Autumn inspired runner is from the Rosalie Neilson weaving workshop I took last month. The runner will be gracing my dining room table at Thanksgiving. Of course once all the food is placed on the table it maybe hard to see. There will be the traditional turkey with all the extras, green bean casserole, candied sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus, cranberry sauce, and yeast rolls, followed up by pumpkin pie. We’ll be hosting my daughter and her boy friend. My son and his fiancé will be at her families dinner.
The remaining two motifs woven were published in the previous post, “Designing with Rep Weave.”
The bounty from our little orange tree. The top of the tree suffers from freezing last winter. Yet it produced 10 oranges much better than last years crop of zero. May you all enjoy the bounty and fellowship of Thanksgiving.

That looks great. I can’t wait to get to mine……in a couple of months. This rehab is moving along, not as fast as I would like. I am making progress, I just have to get used the idea that it will be a couple of months before I am back to “almost normal”

Love your rep runner! Funny, I keep debating what to weave and I was thinking about rep weave the other day. It’s so graphic. What yarn did you use and what epi?

Deb, This was made with 8/2 cotton that I got from Yarnbarn of KS. It was sett at 48 epi. The mop cotton I got from Lonestar Loom Room and was used doubled. Both of these yarns are Brassard’s. 8/2 cotton can be a little sticky. So next time I would use a mercerized cotton.

Fabulous result of a lot of hard work. I’m sure as each bowl is passed a new pattern will be uncovered and everyone will say, “ahh” and it won’t be just about the pies!
Love your little lemon tree. Nothing on my citrus right now. They need pot upsizing, I think.
